I understand the mkt perception and the math when companies do this, but does anyone REALLY think EDIG would do this?

Other than reducing the float and maybe upticking the pps share a little, what's the BIG benefit?

The share holders at large own over 80% of the stk, so we can prevent a hostile take over at a cheap price.

What significant is there to gain burning cash this way?
