IMHO I think this closure permits them to discuss plans going forward expanding markets with developed /developing partnerships as alluded to last January. (my previous post) If you think about the sequence of events management wasn't anticipating an ammended ruling, (which pushed back the appeal date for Wencor to Nov. 15th) when they scheduled the shareholders meeting. Now they are able to disclose those plans without Woods affecting the outcome thru the on going court saga. I don't know if indeed he could have acted in that capacity, but I think eDigital has an aversion to disclosing their intentions prematurely for fear they may get trumped. Lets hope they are willing to make forward looking statements to shareholders in a room without microphones and recording devices. Ha!
