this is the most interesting orchestration of a 10Q and an annual shareholders meeting that I have seen yet...with settlement numbers to be released prior to....last year we didn't get news of a settlement until a week after the meeting but this time, if they deliver as expected, there should be some actual numbers to gnaw on while management focuses on what to expect from the Colorado 19.

I hope we get a more focused guidance this time around, as the 7 for 7 have been banked and the last of the doubt has evaporated in the form of the judge ruling in e.Digital's favor. DM certainly stepped up prior to the meeting as well.

Time for the pps to respond to the events of this past year and expectations for the next few years.
