Gil, the settlement announced on 15 Sep 2009 was not tentative.

From Doc 175:

"1. e.Digital and Samsung have executed a Settlement Agreement. Pursuant to that agreement, Samsung agreed to comply with certain obligations by October 19, 2009."

Yes, the settlement amount was MUCH smaller than I expected but I'm not concerned. As we move forward and are successful in licensing our IP, settlement amounts will increase IMO. Everyone needs to get past this and consider how positive things are for EDIG now.

EDIG is developing into a profitable company before our eyes and finally has the funds available to improve their business. To expect the PPS to skyrocket to $5 in one week is unreasonable and people should manage their expectations better.
