Good point...But if you found out on Thursday that we were going to be Partners with Samsung and that we were going to have to begin filling orders for them, I believe we would give them a break...

Again to the point SS made, it could be a company that just came a licensed with us...See the problem is if we know, then so do the pending infringers...It sucks for us, but at the end of the day we just have to accept that we will know one day and the mgmt will do the right thing.

Now, back to my point much earlier, I really freaking hope that Samsung wasn't included in the 10Q...LOL
