If Samsung settlement was only ~2M, why didn't we just go to markman and get full "legal validation" of our patents. Company certainly didn't need the money immediately and had enough in the bank to continue moving forward.

It's amazing people accept a $2M settlement from Samsung as being just fine. Samsung probably spends that much on air conditioning for crying out loud.

I hope there's more to the story but who knows. The talk of any buyout on here was only off from hundreds of millions to billions of dollars off. Rah-rah!! Go Edig
