I forgot an important point he made during our chat, concerning e-mails the company receives from share holders asking questions...I will try and state this as accurately as he said it.

"We have learned allot during the digecor case, and as a result, we have to be extremely careful when responding to e-mail requests for information. We have to ask ourselves, would the wording if ended up in discovery, be harmful to the company? As a result of our experiences and legal advice, and being under SEC guidelines, many times we cannot answer the question as requested."
