Again, what is a nuisance settlement to a SAMSUNG equates into profitability to a company the size of EDIG.

It's not hard to get excited about going from 7 to 19. I see that as a growth scenario and a continuation for EDIG to shore up its balance sheet.

The question I would have for management today is, how do you expect to raise the bar AND settle faster?

Fortunately this is all being orchestrated by DM, and they are experts in this, so it is part of their long term strategy, designed for 170+, not just a round one experience. It is clear that they not only increased the number of infringers but are now upping the ante...so I see that as a move into the next phase of litigation.
