1) EDIG and APS introduced the digEsystem prototype in Sept `04 at WAEA.

2) WENCOR ups the ante and buys out APS one month later rather than remain as a distributor of product for APS.

3) I won`t mention ``rumors`` posted back in December of orders for the digEsystem in the magnitude of 10-40K unit sizes and FAA trials underway...pure speculation--lol

4)Wencor today announced an agreement with B/E Aerospace, Inc. (Nasdaq: BEAV) to provide Wencor`s digEsystem, a new lightweight, state-of-the-art in-flight entertainment (IFE) system on B/E`s Spectrum economy class seats.
