I already stated that the eVU platform is a non issue.

What do I mean? I mean, no revs will ever come out of this device to make a difference in the PPS.

My concern, DON"T SPEND MONEY MAKING THESE DEVICES!

When asked about the market and how EDIG gets sales, we were told that it is a very small market with basically only 3 players in it and two of them are private companies the third is EDIG. Sales come basically from request for RFP from airlines.

There is only one basic show for this industry and EDIG attended.

We need to tell MGMT to FOCUS on Patent infringements 100% and collect, collect, collect, NOT spend in a product that has no market expansion possibilities.

Some type of new device way above this eVU may then be developed, IF the market research warrants it, and/or during this litigation process find a partner that will provide the right fit for us to move forward.

Spending $$$ in eVU is NOT the answer.
