Apple is a legitimate topic for patent infringement discussions, imo and certainly worth the speculation, as was Nokia before they were announced as an infringer.

I am not complaining about anyone wanting to discuss Apple and how it may factor into DM's strategy. I only point out that those who, for some reason, object to the Apple discussion, somehow keep referencing it.
