Their concerns where not for the underpinnings.....the security and I/O protocol of the player is by e.Digital.

They`re concern is for a protected business and delivery model they can champaign.......they have a basic outline of security structure that e.Digital successfully implemented with their proprietary methods.......

IMO, e.Digital helped to achieve a final structured layout as they know the requirements to implement their technology.

such as....requirement for an encrypted HDD....etc

Divx is not a necessary for this system
