The licenses may not be transferable, unless, of course, someone buys EDIG out...then they would have full access to all the cross licensing negotiated in these settlements.
I also am guessing that next generation eVU is a result of having those patents at our disposal with no financial obligation or additional costs.
At some point, with a growing bank account and more and more patents in the fold, EDIG will look very attractive to some company out there looking to better compete.
