Click on the first word of the post. It will turn blue.

Hold down the SHIFT key with your left hand.

Repeatedly strike the down arrow key with your right. One line at a time will turn blue.

Keep hitting down arrow until you get to the last line you want to copy.

Now you can let go of the shift key.

Click on EDIT at the top of your browser window (between FILE and VIEW).

A menu will appear. Click on COPY. That puts the blue stuff into the clipboard.

Open Word, Notepad or some other word processor.

Click on Edit at the top of that window.

A menu will appear. Click on PASTE.

The stuff you copied will appear in the document. Save it.

Bingo, you`re a copy & paste wizard.
