Unless I read the article wrong, this F&R Phd guy who left the firm to join DM in Boston, was a biotech IP attorney, so this addition means nothing to us.
All it means to me is DM seems to be adding people here and there, but it may not mean net adds, maybe just replacements, which is still a good sign for their firm.
I don't see how this effects EDIG at all???
I don't recall where all the comments came from that DM may not stick around, other than speculation right here. When I visited RP 9/17 he indicated the relationship remained solid, and it was proved such via CO 19.
I also recall management commenting after the 1st settlement w/LG, "DM was made whole." All upfront expenses covered + their fee. From #2 on with these cookie cutter filings that are no more than a cut and paste after using Nunnally's research, income to DM appears easy and pure gravy. In today's economy, why on earth would DM cut us loose?
I'm not buying in to this one bit, and my comments are to all, not just B-L per this recent post. Nobody on this board has any inside info that DM no longer loves us, just chit chat.
