Using very simple logic, the airline announced today and the 2 airline orders yet to be announced all presumably went through some sort of trial. At the SHM they mentioned that there were also 2 airlines currently in trials. That's 5 recent trials total that we know of. That's a lot considering the economy. Where there other trials that failed to produce orders? I wonder what their trial-to-order ratio has been in the past year? Could it have been 1:1? If current trials produce no orders, then we might have a ratio of 5:3 or perhaps higher. We want a low ratio of course - ideally 1:1. It seems that the likelihood of a trial producing orders should be fairly high assuming we have a nice edge on the competition and figuring that airlines conduct trials as a final step in the process... that is, they're already sold on the idea and the opening price. Anyway, just some thoughts.

I certainly like the idea of the eVU getting exposure to the military and all the other cool kids... athletes, rock bands, and such :-)
