Management instituting a share buy back program certainly would aid in that effort...and maybe even Polis further adding to his position down here at the same time would take this to the next level.

The current day trading appears to be very minimal in dollar amounts. We need the "SURGE" brought by an orchestrated buying effort and the momentum that would follow, to break the current pps cycle.

The fundamentals support a higher pps...just nobody knows that yet.

But that is about to change...
