I must say the volume is rather perplexing considering how quickly they announced the next 19 cases after the SAMSUNG settlement, not to mention the first royalty bearing settlement happening in quick order without the need to serve.

Had they used that approach in round one it could have concluded much earlier.

I like the learning curve however.
