That really makes no sense to exercise now. Why tie up the funds when no profit can be taken?

They will be exercising most likely when this hits the $1-$2 range or higher, imo.

They have shares they can sell currently, flip those and exercise these options when they are in the money, without coughing up any out of pocket cash.

Management being staked with higher amounts of EDIG is what I like to see, so their profits are tied to company performance.

If they win, we win.
