At the SHM 11/19, RP made this comment: "There may be some surprises from these 19." This is as close of a quote that I recall.....

There was additional discussion during Q&A that a few infringers who have not been named yet, have approached EDIG for a license deal. It was also said that 3-5 of the 19 were in negotiations to settle "quickly."

From various accounts via a few SHM attendees and other posts since, it may have given the appearance that more news before Dec 31 was a given, but nobody said that from the company at the meeting or since.
