BE Aerospace sold 51% of their IFE to Sexant S.A. Then Sextant S.A. was ``purchased`` by Thales, actually became Thales with a name change to Thales. Of course Thales has been acquiring companies over the years to achieve dominance and control. The question I raised after discovering this connection or disconnection ( 51% ) is what happened to the other 49% intrest. Does BE Aerospace still own it? or was it sold off? I am trying to figure that out. Others are welcomed to find the answer and post it. If Thales owns 51% of BE Aerospace`s IFE business then they are the ones with the controlling intrest and Wencor is really doing business with both companies. See my earlier posts about the links describing sales and percentages and ownership. And get this Thales ( when it was Sexant SA) bought the 51% of Sexant`s IFE for only $62,000. It later states that was an initial payment but talk about on the cheap. So the question is what happened to the remaining 49%?
