You might want to read all the PR's starting in 2008. Mar-08 is when Duane-Morris came on board via contigency filed against 7 intially, all of which settled. Then in Nov-09 they filed against 19 and 1 settled in 5 or 6 weeks. Actually DM signed on prior, but this was the 1st filing.

We anticipate lots of action over the next few months which will even better the cash position etc. eVU sales are starting to come back now that the lawsuit with digEcor is behind us.

EDIG has a ways to go but the foundation has been laid.
