Yes it is....seeing that 33 were originally noted in Doc 1, with a subsequent attachment to Dock one.....amending additional defendants by 1 (33. Electronicsonic.Com, Inc.) , however, by error(or whatever) do not mention Pentax in the amended list leaving the count at 33, ......there are 34 total.

The Defendant list on Doc 14 is by the Defendant 15. Leica Camera, Inc. and does count to 32.....where TIC has settled and is not in the list. They also mention Pentax in their list.....however, for whatever reason, Pentax is not in e.Digitals amended list to Doc 1.

What happened to 33. Electronicsonic.Com, Inc, or could it be that Leica Camera, Inc legal, listed Pentax.....where they should have listed Electronicsonic?

There's some kind of a twist between Pentax and Electronicsonic
