In Canada, TD Waterhouse has 3 ways of placing one's order:

1) Phone - speak with an agent

2) Phone - Talkbroker - speak with a robot so to speak, & follow instructions

3) Computer - Webbroker

I'm sure this is the same in the U.S.???
