Pentax was named in the initial Doc 1 having 33 defendants.......added to Doc 1 was an attachment amending the list with additional defendants.....it amounted to one more defendant.... Electronicsonic.Com, Inc.

That would have made a total of 34, however, Pentax was not named in the ammended list......so the count stayed 33.

It must have been a error, as of today we see they were served....and their response is due today.....

Electronicsonic.Com, Inc. still a mistry though, they are not showing up on recent lists.
