reminds me of the digEcor mess. Why, because someone was using our tech when they thought and acted like it was theirs. I know it is all about how their agreement was worded. But if EDIG kept the tech like with the digEplayer then who do you think will win if it goes to court. Maybe the digEcor trial turns out to be a blessing in disguise!!!!
