SAKAR, as I recall, ended up buying what was left of VIVITAR in Bankruptcy proceedings...

They are a "PRIVATE!?" company from NEW JERSEY. Ask DISCHINO; Those Boys from New Jersey have some strong ideas about what deals they make. They did not need time to file the ANSWER. They had the ANSWER reday when they picked up the VIVITAR skeleton in the Bankruptcy Court...

They are operating under the assumption that VIVITAR by going through Bankruptcy was cleared of any liability for "infinging" on EDIG PATENTS. That is why their lawyers are coming on strong with their Counter-Claims etc...

Besides if the Court does not buy their position and tactics, they have GUIDO to fall back on!?...Lol.

I recall DM did somethings in the Bankrupcty Court, ans although we are not privy to the Final Bankruptcy Court ruling, you cab rest assured that DM would not be filing ahainst SAKAR if he did not have that base covered...
