How can you possibbly say dm has not won ? let me ask the reverse do you think these companies would settle if they had no liabilty ? let me answer for you the answer is no. If you were arrested for murder and were in another state 3000 miles away when the murder happened and 100 witnesses would say you were 300 miles away would you take a deal from the feds saying you were guilty if there was no way in hell it could be proven in any way shape or form ? let me answer again you would not . Thses companies would not settle if they had no liabilty end of story . Samsung settled for 1.4 million or thereabouts ? If they were innocent they would have fought and won and the legal bill would be less than 1/2 what they settled for . So when you say dm has not won anything I could not disagree more

LL is another whom makes me laugh . He claimed these suits would be very difficult to prove and win and yet when edig went 7for 7 and now 8 for 8 he then four tongued and said these were nuisance suits and that legal aides handled the cases . This from a lawyer who admitedly got his degree on line . This from someone who claims to be long yet continuously bashes management and the stock . I am so glad he iis on raging bull as at least he has an audience of people with the same mentality
