PAUL , During last shareholder meeting i chat with PAT NUNNALY and he again

re emphacized that they had identified more infringers companies than the current

numbers we know (more infringers identified on peripherals ).

He said current strategy for announced infringers by DM most likely is in settlement

tactics. However his answer re MARKMAN HEARING was a such , I am very sure that

eventually we will pursue at least one company all the way into MARKMAN HEARING .

And he was adamant about it.
