Those in purple have not answered the complaint yet and simply got extensions...They were served with a Summons and followed normal protocol in answering the summons. They all asked for an extension of time to answer the complaint....except for Sakar....they excepted the challenge and responded with the typical "not me and I want a jury trial"....etc. The others in purple will respond in the same fashion on or about their due dates.

Those in silver did not use the Summons protocol and returned a Waiver having an extension of time to answer what ever is asked.....the date to answer is 3-1-2010....This action is between e.Digital and defendants and has nothing to do with the court, other than it being on the record....e.Digital granted the dated extension. Doesn't appear that there has to be a court ordered consideration.

The teal color is obvious....
