As to the timing, when did this statement by RP begin? Was it a year or so before DM signed on, as in when they were studying all aspects of these cases before agreeing to a contingency deal, then unleashed round one Mar-2008, or was Mar-2008 when the clock started? When did DM begin doing their homework anyway? Does anyone know?

If "efforts" means late 2006/early 2007, we have a guess and if Mar-2008 ditto, assuming this window of 18 months to 5 years is accurate.

IMO, with the other comments flying around at the meeting be it FF's presentation, RP's opening statements then Q&A, plus side bars before and after the meeting as reported by many, my bet, my guess, my opinion, is in line with jefother...2010.
