When RP said 18 months to 5 years, when did the clock start? It certainly started in court with Vivitar early 07...then there is this to speed up the process, from sman998 SHM notes:

"24. Most likely we will announce the second LAW FIRM in view of some companies have conflict of iterest with DM."

We have 18 via DM in the pipeline, and some think law firm # 2 will be announced before the end of June-2010. At least that was the consensus at the SHM by some attendees, who felt they knew something about this subject?
