What ever is happening is good for us, now the fact that the "M" company is buying this little DRM Company will make Edigital more attractive especially for the companies we are going after. (Nokia, Panasonic, HTC ext…)

I think the mentality of a quick cash sell-out of the company is not the Idea, we are a public company and if we had wait for over 10 years …. The reality of just receiving a chop change for buy-out is not the right idea for any of us.

Our Value is much more than just a simple buy-out or a merger; we are the needed formula for the success of many big companies out there.
