I think I read too much into the announcement today---it`s not the word proxy it`s just the way it was stated. I`ll be glad to be totally wrong. The biggest indicator of a major problem is in the price per share. Our ``good news`` took us down another penny. If there were really good news, I`d think there would be a few more buyers lurking out there. ORY
