I agree it would benefit the share holders, PPS etc...I just don't see EDIG buying back shares this soon in it's IP efforts.

Now, if these 19 net them 20 mln for discussions sake..and I mean NET to the check book, I could see a 5 mln buy back.

I want to see them reserve cash to fund operations and grow the company, before they buy back shares.

I'd like to see them put the horse before the cart.

I do not disagree one bit with your comments that it would be good for us, I just don't see that happening in 2010....just an opinion.

Now if we land some tier 2 whales and have 100 mln in the bank, a buy back of 25 mln would be in order. Again, an opinion....
