Our work with Fugitsu was a read-back buffer to allow complete recording of a song/data after the song had already started... very silimar to what Atul's now doing with replay on his device.

The VR was in the MXP VioiceNav mp3 player and developed with Lucent.

Mr.softy sucked up all of fonix IP and now is using NUAN.

We don't know yet exactly how MOS n-its patents plays into VR, but IMO Sync wouldn't be considered portable-n-handheld.

Patent-R vs Individual Patent Numbers' in Links - IMO the ever changing summons vs representing attournies would be a chore to keep-up with... if that's what it is, because I find it boaring and if-n-when we get to where we gota start deciphering all the legal ease constantly - well imo kiss the average-potential investor goodbye. But love those quick settlements.
