thanks Silver....I got the correlation figured out...see the two companies below...

There's a bit of a shuffle on these two....doc 11 belonging to Leica with extension filed by Featherston....and doc 12 belongs to Imation with extension filed by e.Digital ...where doc 13 grants 11 and 12....read 13, thats where the confusion is ....I guess 38 corrects the problem.

Anyway, I would say Imation belongs to Featherstone because of this cross referencing 11 and 12.

I've updated Imation to red status....extension filed by e.Digital
