the government has gotten involved and mucked the whole thing up. They created the mess to boot and take no responsibilty for it . The brokers are forced to order the appraisals thru the banks ( in the past we had relationships with appraisers) as aresult appraisers we never heard of are doing the appraisals, they are doing a crap job and to boot because there is now a middleman the end cost of the appraisal is higher . The govt is now involved in healtcare again > Remember that idot Hillary clinton was going to fix it ? That didnt happen and now they are destroying what already is a bad system and making it worse . During campaigning obama promised the negotiations and hearings on healtcare would all be transparent and open to the media and public. Guess what is happening now closed door negotiations . You cannot trust any politician and that turkey neck nancy pelosi wants here own gulfstream during the worst economical climate our country has had and at a time when she chastized the ceos of the auto industry for flying on corporate jets to washington well isnt that just special :-)
