With all the ruckus regarding how we define EDIG taking millions from other companies identified as infringing upon EDIG's patents, I thought this example of a win and a settlement in one just futhers the insignificance of the semantics.
It's about acquiring revenues from patent infringers whether you call it a settlement or a win.
New investors will recognize a growing bottom line as an opportunity or not...they could care less how longs define it.
I was hoping this ended that thread and would serve to focus investors on the end point...growing profitability followed by an increasing PPS.
