Maybe you can help me out, if you don't mind. If one is an "insider" how do they not have to file an Form 4? Since Jerry Polis is not an EDIG board member (as opposed to Eric Polis) he can sell his shares? Is that your premise?

But from the chart you posted below, you said the following:

Notice Eric Polis is selling along with Private Asset Management and the last one also but with miniscule amount of shares.

Even Falk and Putnam sold a few.

If those "insiders" sold, they would be required to file a Form 4 (posted above).
