There is an inference in your post that the insiders are selling and that is the reason the PPS is stuck where it is...

Personally I doubt ithis, because whatever has surfaced on the sales by the POLIS group, as someone posted,( was it you?), seemed to have been a shifiting of equal sums of stock around?!...

Of the 20 million or so shares owned by the various POLIS investment Group, a number of accounts are set up as charitable trusts etc. And since most of the "Sales" of the assets took place at the end of last year, it stands to reason that the activity was not the insiders bailing out as this thread seems to imply, but rather it was a an "adjustment off assets" for tax purposes...
