You are smart enough to know FF and RP would have some paper work to file and publish if they sold any shares. Since agora has a policy of prohibiting calling bull$h*t on fellow posters, I will respect Agora rules and not call out specific member's bull$h*t. Agora has created a good environment so calling bull$h*t even though it's is obvious, it would not be appropriate.
