There`s a lot more to this than I`ve wrote about. It`s really a battle with a homeowners association and a multi- million dollar lawsuit that my HOA has filed against the original developer of Plantation Harbour (my 38 home development) here on the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway. I`m kind of a ``whistle blower`` and I`ve been asking for an audit and financial info. So far I haven`t been able to get any financials and the board of the HOA acts in secret. The guy who charged me with trespassing is a board member. So far this has cost several thousand dollars, but they haven`t heard the last of me yet! ORY
