Thats the whole point they did go 7-7 and I do believe that they will continue to be successful in the future but it's the amounts they settled for that has us at .15.

The point I was trying to make is if they continue to settle for the amounts they recieved from the first 7 then I would be correct and we would never reach the level we dreamed of, just look at the closing price today, after 7-7. The thought of ongoing royalties is exciting but everyone had to think that that company was so small they had too agree to royalties to possibly make up for a small settlement amount. Time will tell.

I really hope Sam you'r right and I'm wrong but each and every day that goes by and we sit in the teens, leaves me wondering and worried! Again I wish you'r correct and we sign for more with ongoing royalties and I'd be the first to look you up and crack open a bottle of champagne. GLTAL
