I figure we need $9 million in revenues in Q3-4 combined to match/beat last years numbers.

We have some eVU sales and Wolverine so far, for which I am not expecting too much due to their size...so Q4 needs to be a bang up quarter.

5 settlements would more than do, saving the 14 others for fiscal 2011 and then let them release the next round...maybe 25-30 infringers at a time???

As the "elements" fall into place, 2011 looks to be a breakout year.
