I don't find that odd...?

I interpret this to mean (as a CYA) not to exceed 5 business days.

Never in 10 years, whether by phone or e-mail, has it ever taken RP more that 48 hours to answer a question of mine.

I have used the "contact us" feature on many websites of stocks I've owned over the years, and EDIG has the most consistent track record of not ignoring me. More than 1/2 of the companies don't even reply. I have never had to send a second request to RP either.

I also feel, the company is expecting more "traffic" by investors going forward, so they are announcing a "policy" and time frame regarding what to expect from inquiries.

Smart business move as I see it.
