Considering the pace of the PACERS, I would say we are beyond "We're ramping up to the tipping point.", and are at the point when "Flood Gates" are about to open. Wouldn't you say?!?...

Who woulda thought, 3 settlements in one day and 4 more on the negotiating table as reported here today...
