No one appears for Sakar International, Inc. or Imation Corporation.

Plaintiff notes a settlement has been reached with named defendants Ikegami Electronics (USA), Inc. and “The Roland defendants”.

Plaintiff notes Summit Global Group, LLC is an incorrectly named defendant. Plaintiff anticipates filing a motion to voluntarily dismiss Summit Global Group, LLC and to correctly name the intended defendant.

It is ORDERED:

It is ORDERED: On or before JANUARY 29, 2010,

plaintiff shall either obtain waivers of service on all unserved defendants or begin service through Hague Convention procedures of foreign entities.

It is noted defendants Canon, Inc., DXG Technology, Inc., HTC Corporation, Kyocera Corporation; Leica Camera AG; D & M Holdings, Inc.; and Panasonic Corporation have not been served.

Plaintiff shall have to and including JANUARY 27, 2010 within which to file a motion to voluntarily dismiss Summit Global Group, LLC.

A SHOW CAUSE HEARING / STATUS CONFERENCE is set APRIL 01, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. in Courtroom A-502, Fifth floor, Alfred A. Arraj United States Courthouse, 901 19th Street, Denver, Colorado 80294.

A written ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE will issue.

Counsel who are appearing by telephone may also appear by telephone for the Show Cause Hearing and Status Conference. Pursuant to his request, Howard E. Silverman is also permitted to appear by telephone. Parties shall coordinate the conference call through a conference operator and notify the Court at (303) 844-2403 of the dial-in number and access code at least one day prior to the scheduled conference.

The Court raises the Unopposed Motion by Todd Leitstein to Withdraw His Name as Counsel for Record for Nokia Defendants for argument. With no objections,

It is ORDERED:

Defendant Nokia, Inc. and Nokia Corporation’s UNOPPOSED MOTION BY TODD LEITSTEIN TO WITHDRAW HIS NAME AS COUNSEL OF RECORD FOR NOKIA DEFENDANTS [Docket No. 137, Filed January 19, 2010] is GRANTED. Todd Leitstein is withdrawn as attorney of record for the Nokia defendants and his name shall be removed by the Clerk of the Court from electronic notifications in this case.
