That is a hellova good NEWS as far as EDIG is concerned...

We did "Settle" with NOKIA. Now NOKIA, with its oddles of money, and a giant in the field, is working Apple over "softening it up" for the time that EDIG will go after Apple...

Just immagine an ITC finding that Apple did infringe on some, or all 7 patents NOKIA holds, and some of those are the patents that NOKIA paid EDIG in their "Settlement" they are working on!?...

I would think any affirmative finding for NOKIA by ITC's would be addmissible in any Law Suit EDIG files against Apple...

Sort of Classic A=D and D=C; so, A=C...Lol...Lol...
