Lets see, EDIG filed on NOK Nov 3rd, NOK and AAPL are going at it via ITC, EDIG has yet to file against AAPL and we suspect they will be tier 2 (a good guess) so how about DM just saying, "both you guys are dirty, lets cut a deal with EDIG because we are eventually going to sting both of you for using OUR patents to fight with each other...can't we all just get along?"
